Helios cannot handle larger mails to voters

Hi Ben,
the next problem popped up! If I want to mail the text attached to this ticket, then it never gets sent. If I just write a single sentence then it works.

There is a known character encoding issue, which may be what you're hitting. Can you try a longer message with all ASCII characters?

Yeah, it seems to be an issue with special characters. Sending large ASCII strings works.
