When sending emails, either the "Vote" or the "Tally Released" one, there are two text fields, for the subject and body.
"You may tweak the subject and add a custom message using the form below."
Leaving the fields blank does not work:
"This field is required."
"May" means those forms are optional, or am I mistaken?
